I''ve tried using both FlashWindow and FlashWindowEx. It seems it just flashes the window caption and not the taskbar button like some IM did. Any clue on flashin on the taskbar?

BCB6. Hmm... further testing, I found out MSVC could flash both... while Borland''s just flashes the title.
