We are looking for someone who is experienced in online programing for games. We are looking to create an online multiplayer version of a game that is allready out. We are currently in nagotiations over the matter. This is not going to be a massive project seeing as the engine is allready designed and the game is currently being ported to the PC. If you have any interest this is a very serious project and should be fun. We do not no about money and payments yet we are just scoping things out to try and get the programers team created if all the nagotiations go well. Hope to hear from all those interested. Sincerely, Enlighter

I am sorry this post is not very professional. I will provide more information as I obtain it. I can''t talk about the specific game due to legal reasons atm. We are looking to change it from a single player game into a Massive Multiplayer Game. With the cooperation from the company turning the game into a multiplayer game should not be to hard, but will not be easy. As said before I will keep all interested updated on this project.

Can you tell us the genre of it, and the following information.

Who is on the team currently, their age, and what their job is.

A website that we can look at that tells about the project.

If you cant give a website, can you at least say what it will be like, any details at all.

I''m doing a similar type project and it''s around 80% done. The engine I''ve built could be easily used for any real life turned PC turned MMO game.

I wouldn''t be able to help you out since I''m obviously occupied with my own project but I can say that it doesn''t sound like a difficult project to undertake. As long as the game rules aren''t too convoluted it''s not something that should take more than a year to complete.

For my project the networking part was worked out in the first month and the rest of it has been mostly putting in game rules and tweaking and adding message types.

I guess a good question for someone looking to join the team would be "how long is the game manual?"

The next most difficult part is the client. What kind of graphics are you planning on using? 3D with fancy pants effects or 2D? What type of gameboad is it? Risk type (variably linked), free roaming(no fixed tiles), monopoly(fixed path), clue (tiled with no defined path)?
