Yes, editing video files, and running multiple memory hungry apps at once. A lot of the stuff I run can have a footprint of 200MB-300MB once they have files open, and running more than one at once was a really big pain. I had to tone down my stuff in Photoshop and Image Ready because it would kill my system (go into five minutes of harddrive swapping to try and do an operation that should take less than 10 seconds).

Oh yeah, that''s a dual channel DDR setup too (2 512MB sticks running off the NForce2''s twin memory controllers)

1GB of RAM is cool, that''s the only reason why I have it. Now, 1TB of HD space would be kind of cool too...
