New layout

Much better this way. The red table header backgrounds remind me of the Christmas layout, which might be what you''re thinking about too, superpig.

colours dont match... and i liked the older layout, less clutter on the top.

Jury''s still out on the colors. It was actually accidental (didn''t update the stylesheet) and I didn''t notice it until a few hours later. But I had several people say they like it, so...

Anyway, the layout has never been used before, but I think it makes a lot more sense. Besides the division between columns and featured articles, it allows us to list more recent articles on the front page and makes more efficient use of space.

I do agree that the Recent Threads box and the navigation bar ought to be made red as well to go with it. Perhaps not the same shade. The news headers should stay as they are though.
