i was thinkin about makin a game here on yo website. i took c plus pluys in high school, an I learnd directX 6.1 from a book. i just Wanted to let yall know that.

what are you talking about? i am new here, i''ve never done anything before. i think i understand all that stuff about backbuffers and everything. i can''t do direct 3d stuff or open g l stuff but i bet i could make a phat 2d game.
i got this web page from my book by andrew lamothe. does he own this web site? he makes programming so easy.

and I will tell you what kind of game I want and how I want it to look. Plus I will give you 1/4 of the money when we sell it to EA.

well i don''t know if i''m good enough to sell a game to ea anyway yet.. i only ready 1 book. besides, i''m making a game about a rapper i think, and they do sports games. but i could always do like pimip hockey or something. i know lots of people who will do an original soundrack and i can sell the audio cd also

You are right about ea but microsft will buy it.
A game with a rapper named Pimp Daddy Nick that drives around the hood selling crack and pimping hos would be good. Can you make the full game in 2 weeks and then I will sell it.

i am serious! think about it.. rap tunes sell tons more than that rock stuff. they make lots of games with rock stuff. so picture this. they made that aerosmith game a while back right? revolution or soemthing. imagine a game like that but geread for todays youth. cuz that is the kind of stuff that they and i like.
think about gta.. except with rap .. and funky beats. if i made it good, maybe i could lisence someone famous to be part of it like erosmith. either that, or i could sell the idea to a bit publisher, but probably not ea because they do sports games.

See i think that is a good start. peeps liek games about crack and hos.. like gta. like i said, i am new though.. i only read one book. i want to order another, but i don''t have the money until i make some money.
the problem here is a few things. todays younger crowd wouldnt go for a character named pimp daddy nick. it would have been good in the 90''s, but now they want really african names like jowanda and treynae. and that guy azumah nelson. so, we have this guy, with a big fro like afroman. and the purpose would be to make money cuz we all like monbey
but i haven''t made any games yet, so i don''t know if microsoft would take it. and they do all wimp games anyway, so they probably wont. like age of empires. they wouldn''t have anything with an afro.
