Need a good web layout

This isn''t for my own website, but for a school assignment. We are required to make a website, aimed to 20 year old people, with a educative subject. So far I have gathered all the information and wrote some HTML docs that are just plain simple. I only need to embed a bunch of movies and they are complete. However, the layout sucks! I used a Cascading Style Sheet to make quickly changes to things like the layout. However, I suck at making webpages + layout. I was wondering if anyone has a good layout idea? I was thinking of using tables that are centered and take 60% of the page. Also, some ideas for colors would be nice. Links are welcome! Toolmaker

And you are asking me? I''m pretty good at HTML and stuff, but I suck at the design part.
