I realize that this might be a long shot, as most of the projects outlined in these forums seemed to be based around graphical 3d games, but I'm still going to give this a try.
I'm currently developing a MMO web-based strategy game and am in need of a Macromedia Flash developer and/or ActionScript programmer. The game is programmed in PHP and connected to a MySQL database. You can read an earlier post on its basic outline here:

I'd estimate around 60-70% of the coding for the project is complete, minus the final polishing. Basically I need someone who can develop a frontend for the game in Flash which would be downloaded by the players. This would obviously involve creating a GUI and programming ActionScript to interact with the game's PHP scripts.
I don't have much in the way of a salary to offer besides a big thank you and my undying love :D . But, should the game ever make any money for whatever reason in the future (be it advertising or subscriptions), I would be more than willing to share the profits in the form of royalties.
If interested, just drop me a line at athompson@imagineware.net telling about your experience with Flash and ActionScripting, and any examples you have of your work. In return I can provide a more thorough design document outlining what the complete game should hopefully be, and a demonstration of its current state.
