Ok pal,
I think you are probably getting ahead of your abilities, but maybe not.

If you have any doubts about your knowledge of the c++ language, I would suggest trying the great tutorial at cplusplus.com, go to that web site and find the documents section.
After that you will need at some point a book on C++ that explains all of the REALLY advanced features of the language.

Then to game programming, since you are using OpenGL, I would suggest NeHe''s tutorials, they are an excellent way to learn the basics of making games. They are located somewhere on GameDev.net, but I can''t remember where.

Hope this helps, And Happy Coding.

I agree with swiftcoder - you need to get the basics down before launching into the complex stuff. I don''t know about playing sounds, but the NeHe tutorials (nehe.gamedev.net) are an excellent place to start. They go right from the beginning and are quite easy to understand (in my option). Most of your questions are covered:

2: See Nehe lesson #6 (texture mapping)
3: Same as texture mapping, except you change the texture used at a certain frame rate
4: See NeHe lesson #7
5: See NeHe lesson #1
6: See NeHe lesson #13 - #15

Take the time to properly understand what tutorials are teaching you, rather than just going for a "copy-and-paste" approach for fast results. You''ll reap the benefits in the long run. Good luck

:S thanks though, but the only thing is, I did the tutorials up untill lesson 6, when i tried it, it just wouldnt load, i tried and tried, it wouldnt ever work, it would ay initialization failed, or it would have an error like unresolved main and those 2 errors, im sure youve all gotten them, and doesnt that only teach you how to place a .bmp onto a shape? maybe not, but i cant get the image to load!
