I was considering buying a copy of VC++ .Net but it seems like you can only buy the standard version of VC++ .Net standalone and I'd like the pro version so I get an optimizing compiler but when I looked on amazon they only sold VS .Net Pro and not VC++ .Net Pro on it's own. Is there any place I can buy VC++ .Net Pro standalone? Or do I have to buy it as part of VS .Net Pro? [edited by - Monder on July 21, 2003 6:39:14 AM]

How do you get that version though? Do you have to prove you''re a student? Cause I''m 16 atm so I could count as a student.

Most of them are for college students, and thus are sold there.
