Hey everyone. I''m wondering how you would be able to set aside memory for a non-defined length string in x86 assembly (i.e. std::string). Currently im just using "resb 255" in the bss segment to define space for the string, but i''d like to get past the 255 character limit. Anyone know what I can do? Thanks.

Look into HeapCreate and HeapAlloc, assuming you are using windows. Run-time allocation.
