if i made a game on my program how would i put it on a disk for my XBOX to read?
If you made a game on what program? or do you mean if you made it on your computer? I''m going to assume the later.
Do you actually want to make the game play on the XBOX? if so you''ll have to look into a XBOX SDK, and then create the program for the XBOX.
if you just want to make a CD with files on it that you XBOX can "read" then you can just use a CD or a DVD Burner ...

I have Dev-C++ and it has an option to make a console application, but i don''t know how to write it so the XBOX plays my game(with mod-chip)
1) For information about obtaining the official XDK (Xbox SDK): http://www.xbox.com/dev.
2) Though you should be aware that usually only companies with track records in commercial game development are granted access to the development hardware and XDK. Realistically, it''s only established companies that can afford the associated costs.
3) To release a game to the general public for the Xbox, or any other console, you MUST be licensed by Microsoft and have used the official XDK. So although there are "hack" methods of getting unofficial code to run on a retail Xbox - if you start trying to release/sell game CDs/DVDs which run using that method, you can expect a letter from Microsoft''s lawyers.

does an Xbox read an autorun file... if so make one and with ur game burn it onto a DVD... easy as that... or do u HAVE to have the Xbox SDK?
I''m not trying (or hoping not) to be modded here...
But please people, when you respond to a thread try to be as sure as possible that you have factual information when you present something as fact, or something insightful/helpful when you present opinions and help.
A PC console app is NOWHERE NEAR a game console app. The difference has been explained well enough here so I won''t add more. And sugesting all it takes to make an Xbox game is an auto-run file is uninformed at best(not to be too harsh on you TheNerd) while the Xbox is PC hardware and even Windows based, they are two ENTIRELY different platforms in nearly every other respect. However, its close enough that I can forgive the confusion, had you said the same about PS2 or that the only thing you need to do make a gamecube game is burn a DVD and whittle it down to the proper size... Well, then I''d have to rake you over the coals... lol
