Hi, I wonder, since this is a community mostly geared towards programmers, are there people who like to do level design and enemy design (animations and/or behaviour)? I've been working on Monkey Gun, a 2D top-scrolling shmup, for a long time now, but although the programming is no problem, I'm a bit daunted by the amount of content needed. Alone, I can't seem to be able to accomplish this feat, so I'm looking for people who want to give a hand designing levels (tile-based), enemies (the art, and the way the move and attack, maybe sound fx) and some other minor things. I'm doing this as a learning experience, so for free Check my site http://www.jedyte.be/games/monkey/index.html for some (slightly out-dated) info and see if it interests you. You can have input in a big part of what's being created if you help. Thanks! Jedyte [edited by - Jedyte on August 7, 2003 6:15:19 AM]

Wow... this would have been the perfect learning experience had I known about it at the beginning of summer. But now I got school and I dont have a steady internet connection (because I moved and still waiting for a phone line to be installed)

Oh how I wish I could help. (Looks like it could be really fun!)
