Got his license plate. The police got it too. And my hand print is splayed out across his hood when they catch the jackass (and some of my bike paint!).

Kordova: why is it a pathetic reason? I very seriously could have been killed. The guy blew an intersection and hit me. If I hadn''t seen him coming he would have hit my full on instead of clipping my bike as I did a dismount which was "assisted" into rolling endo.

I dont use bike helmets. hmm now if a bike helmet saves me from death, then good. But if it saves that much so it will make me a cripple, then il pass. But if i could get saved by one , then it is my fault and i lose.(sorry for the car driver but well)

I saw week btw ago or so a guy on a bike almost having a crash with a car. I cycle and a guy cycles peacefully (he is front of me/into my direction) and then a car driving FAST on the wrong side of the road drives in my direction (and the other cyclist also). Then the car driver wants to get to the right/right side of the road ,but hmm turns a bit too much. That much that the driver was something like 10cm from the othr cyclist and it looked so the driver corrected the mistake in the last ms. If it had hit the cyclist the guy would be in some bad condition. And i would have got my portion of flying cyclist and a car after that. > conclusion not everyone should have a car

I would suggest you seriously consider filing a lawsuit of some sort against that assfuck.

The braindamaged/cripple thing is why you have a living will that each member of your family has signed.

My mom spent many years working with mentally challenged people and it made me come to a conclusion; if I am in that situation I would rather have a Do Not Resuscitate order. My family & living will has instructions to prosecute any doctor who violates that order.

That being said; my primary concern is brain damage; I can deal with being crippled. I used to think how horrible it must be, then my cousin married this "crippled guy" which was how the whole family viewed him. Then I realized he is a very talented and intelligent architect. He lives a very good life and he is obviously happy so I figure just because I can''t run anymore, it doesn''t mean life is over.

Is the driver of the car hurt? You hit it pretty badly, I hope nothing happened to the poor guy. Next time pay more attention to the poor people going around in their car, you don''t want to damage their cars like that again.
