Now do i understand this right: it is a better and cleaner more powerful nuclear bomb? Which is better than the bombs before to used as mini-nukes to destroy a bunker or something like that

It''s essentially the same effect of a neutron bomb with an explosive part.


Neutron bombs are illegal for a reason. The gamma radiation range is likely far larger than the actual explosive blast radius, meaning that you can not only destroy a building, but kill everyone in the entire block as well.
