you can download superfli here, it takes a list of BMP''s and converts it to a FLI animation..I used to have a utility to convert FLI''s to AVI''s, and another to convert the AVI''s into MPG''s, but I can''t find the link..at the very least FLI is pretty standard so you can probably find a converter..hope it helps..
