Does anyone know if you need to register by Sept. 1 for the XGDX or prior to it for the free books? The website says both. Thanks

If you register* by the end of the day on September 1st, you'll get the books.

* - just because there has been some confusion, you only get the books if you actually pay for the conference and show up there. Some people seemed to think that you could just fill out the form and get the books without paying for/attending the conference.
