Original Post
I have one very simple question: does anyone know where I can find any MFC tutorials or what so ever? I just realized it''ll be easier to learn it then doing everything in plain Win32. I''m stuck struggling with my GUI editor...it works so far but I hardly know what I''m doing

Actually it''s www.codeguru.com
Also, check out the MSDN online libraries over at msdn.microsoft.com for more nifty stuff.
You can, as Qoy said, use MFC underneath a DX game, in fact the DirectX Complete sample game does this, but I''m really not sure why you would want to. MFC is awesome for level editors tho.

You can safely ignore that. MFC is a thin OO wrapper around the Win32 API. I have written ALL my DirectX games and programs using MFC. There''s absolutely NO reason not to use it other than personal preference. I have found MFC much easier to program with. Also, just about every machine out there already has the MFC DLL''s installed.
But, if you don''t know MFC it may take a little while to get the hang of it; understand what''s really happening, etc... Once you do, though, I''m sure you''ll find it easier and more intuitive to program with.
Microsoft has a couple tutorials for MFC. "Scribble" is one of them. Definitely check out www.codeguru.com and some of the other sites in their links section. They''re out there.

I know MFC can be used in conjunction with DirectDraw/Direct3D as well as OpenGL. Personally, however, I prefer using the bare Win32-API for my games. I'm not doing anything much windows related besides creating a window and getting my HWnd anyways. MFC will be for tools only.
