this page is a paypal help page that says what you can do with recieved money for some reason apparently you can''t just put it onto your cc why not? it seems that to withdraw it my best bet would be to setup my bank account in paypal. is that correct?

For a secure or a debit card, you must have a bank account. For an Unsecured credit card, you don''t. Someone basically gives you a loan with no collateral. Unsecured credit cards are much harder to obtain, I have one through my College.

Anyways, credit cards offer a great ability to contest charges. If you think Paypal is mischarging you, and you can''t get ahold of Paypal''s service, the credit card company may help you a bit with it. (The whole company has ONE fax machine for customers. :D) There are enough bad stories of Paypal randomly charging people''s bank accounts, I''d be leery of them(or anyone else for that matter), of being able to withdraw anything from my bank account directly.

I believe that depends. I have no given PayPal a credit card or bank account but I can still receive money (theoretically... since nobody has donated any). The difference is that I cant ever see the cash, I will just have to keep it online.

I want to get actual cash. I don''t use PayPal too often so anything other than keeping it online would be useless to me.

Am I missing something, or couldn''t you just create two paypal accounts? One which is connected to your bank account, so you can take out cash, and the other attached to a credit card, which you can use to transfer funds to the first account.
