Torque sucks. The code is bloated and you have to pay for it.

Is that the engine from GarageGames.com? If so, it doesn''t look all that great.

No, but I''ve looked at the source, I''ve seen it in action, and had the engine layed out to me by an enthusiast of it who wrote a book on it.

I have no desire whatsoever to use that engine. My suggestions would be use the Quake 2 engine or the HL engine to play around with.
