Computer/Console RPG Dev

Hi Everyone. I am new to the message boards here but would like some feedback/ information. I have an extremely good idea for a computer/console RPG. I am a writer and in law school, so I have no time to learn computer programming and cannot do this myself. I want to see this game through and, though I know it''s a huge, complex project, I am trying to assemble a team to put together a demo for marketing. If the team is talented enough, perhaps we''ll do the whole game together, but that is in the future. For obvious reasons I cannot get into details about the game. I am looking for artists and programmers who live in California I have written a storyboard and rules set and many branch-off "quests" for the game. The game will take place in an original 3-D, 1st person "world" and will use familiar fantasy class/race systems in addition to some of my own creation. The game includes adventure and hack/slash, problem solving, and strategic elements to complete the story. I cannot pay out of pocket for team members (law school is killing my savings).
