Volumn Rendering

I don''t know any tutorials, but if I remember correctly, RenderMonkey has some example shaders for volume rendering.
Another source of information is Wolfgang Engel''s ShaderX book, which contains an article about volume textures, volumetric effects and volume rendering. If that''s all you need from the book, it''s not worth it, though.
