I sacrificed my middle-clicking ability in order to make my mousewheel scroll smoother...who uses that anyway? If you want a new tab, either right-click + "Open link in new tab" or CTRL+T!

Right click is too slow, middle clicking has become second nature to me.

Wow, I don''t know anyone who uses middleclick I just scroll with middle and right click... *shrug*

I haven''t converted anyone to Mozilla... my only conversion came from converting one of my friends from a pirated version of Office (whose isn''t?) to OpenOffice. She actually likes it BETTER for a few non-technical reasons. Hopefully I can do the same for her roomate once something inevitably goes wrong with her computer and spread the free open software love around even more

Sadly to say, I''ve put more people off than I''ve converted. They all think I''m some sort of rabid moron who can''t use the software that his computer came with because it''s not good enough.

Most of them say "I don''t care about the internet experience, I just want to browse. I don''t want skins, I don''t want tabs, I don''t want this, I don''t want that..."

Though, I just installed the Adblock plugin, and my my does it do wonders. One person is trying out Firebird just because of that.


Khawk, I was hoping this thread would gradually evolve into a deep, meaningful discussion about the answer to life, the universe, and everything.
