I'm a developer interested in assembling a project team for Adventure Games with a simlar feel to Sierra's and Lucas Arts games of the early 90's. Adventure games have become less popular because they are more expensive to create, however, I believe there is still a market for them. I do not have any one idea about a game, instead, I'd like to form a team that can work together and complete several projects, creating games that interest us. All team members will have input on the design document and be expected to provide feedback on all aspects of the project, however there is a team leader who will have the final say. The current positions needed are: 2D Background artist 2D Animator Dialog Script Writer Musican/Sound Effects We may optionally have a 3D Modeler/Animator, however, the game will not be 3D. If you are interested, you can email me at billyjackdrain@yahoo.com Any profits made will be equally split, however, please do not expect to get rich. I want team members who have a passion for adventure games, not ones looking to make a fortune. Nice
I wish you luck in this, i have some very fond memories of those old sierra/ lucas arts games. I loved playing games like leisure suit larry, police quest 1, and maniac mansion. Once you have some screenshots and maybe a working demo email me, or leave me a message on this board, i could host you for free.
