[java] JPanel with FlowLayut in BorderLayout problem!

There''s A JPanel with BorderLayout. To this panel, in BorderLayout.SOUTH position add another JPanel with FlowLayout. To this panel add buttons, textfields, many of them. Problem is that they are not split to multiple rows. Only first components are visible, and the ones who doesnt fit are just left out, why? I though FlowLayout splits components to multiple rows if there is no room right.
