Hi, I really need a boot loader for this simple OS i''m making, can anyone please tell me where to get one and how to use it? Thanks Databandit PS: I''m sorry, I know this is not related to game development and I would really appreciate if people don''t flame.

I assume you''re talking about a floppy, in which case you can try my page devoted to the topic. The BIOS disk loading calls are based on linux 0.0.1 source, I did the flat mode init code.
Boot code is written in NASM. The main program (kernel) is written in C.

Another thing, which might help you...

Bochs - x86 computer emulator

This would give you a nice place to test out an os on a generic x86 arch.
