To reiterate a previous suggestion

Just download apache and php (mysql too) and run your own stuff. While you''re at it, if you have a broadband connection, why don''t you use no-ip.com to get a web domain name and serve yourself to the rest of the world.

Apache2
Php4.0.4 (or something like that)
MySQL
and No-IP.
works great.
