Darn you Square Enix! :''(
Square Enix
Me
I thought my Slime King game was safe. I''m working on part2, which after its finished, I''ll reuse the engine on part 1. So then the Square Enix infringing graphics and music will be gone.
However, now that Square Enix has created their own Slime ARPG. And even if its an RPG, that makes my RPG a bit more difficult to defend.
However, my game is way below their radar, so if my next game, which will use all new graphics and music, is actually popular, I might get into legal trouble.
I do have an independant proof that I came up with the idea before Square Enix did. Since SKI was originally an assignment for college.
What should I do?
