Well, the time has come. bash.org finished its mess contest, and my mess has made it in. So vote for me please, even though I dont have that mutch of a messy desk. Anyone else enter in that contest?

I''m not voting for that, it''s pathetic. You can see the desktop. Hell, it''s one of the cleanest desktops I''ve ever seen.

A mere two open drink containers. Books and magazines, stacked on a seperate book shelf. Jewel cases, stacked... You can see the surface of the desk, without any sort of mysterious stains...

To be fair, there are some plusses. An alarm clock next to a modern computer - how pointless is that? Loose CD''s (but they''re not all over the place).

And a freakin pair of socks!

Damn, even the example picture looks clean.
My desk is almost always three layers deep in paperwork and other crap. Hell, I lost a programming book once and it turned out to be right in front of me on my desk, under about three inches of crap.

I just recently cleaned my desk and it''s still messier than those pictures. You guys really need to learn how to get disorganized.

Mine is a lot messier though. I haven''t seen the wood-grain veneer in about 8 months. I''ve got 3 computers, several books, a half dozen games, stacks of notes and paperwork, and odd peripherals covering my desk. Until about 4 hours ago I had over 15 empty drinks cans on it as well, and 3 dirty (and long empty) drinking glasses.

Too bad I don''t have a camera.
