Anyone knows how can i make a good Boot loader for a new kernel? i have here a tutorial about making kernel''s, fylesystems, executable files etc etc but it uses GRUB or LILO to load the kernel but i want my own loader...
how can i change my bios to protected mode (on the boot loader)? anyone have a list of the Hard drive MBR?
the objective is to design a system (my hardware only) capable of working with some old games and very fast and to make an emulator without OS (with a virtual OS and his kernel)
