SharpDev doesn''t actually have a VBNet Form Designer though... I saw that, and said whats the point if I don''t have a form designer... then I thought gamedev.... so I posted... after I post I hope to wait for an anwser... when I get an anwser I plan to learn VBNet...

Learn C/C++

There are plenty of free IDEs (as well as compilers, of course) for that.

Java has the swing library which is VERY easy to code for...It is almost the way MFC was suppose to be :D

Maybe there is a form designer out there for it

Also, if you develop on Linux you could use QTDesigner for C++/QT

but you asked about VB.Net, so i suck at helping...
I love me and you love you.
