I want to make my source unseen by others (encryption key source code) and someone told me I can do this by using dll. Is this true? If it''s true how do I create dll and include it on a program? Thanks in advance

Source of what? VB, delphi, C++?

You can''t protect your raw assembly from being seen once the program is compiled (unless you encrypt the exe, but it;ll need a decryptor to run, natch). But people won''t be able to see your precompiled source code from your program.

They won''t see your source.

What are you trying to do?

I want my class that I created to be available for others but only for use not for editing and to be viewed. It''s gonna be an encryption key.

Supply them the DLL and the h/lib files to use it. They won''t be able to get at your source.

I already created the dll but the problem is how do I link it to the code?

I''m very new with this.....

Have you exported the correct functions? If you look it''s generated a lib file. LINK IT. This is the easiest way.

Otherwise look into LoadLibrary() / GetProcAddress() / FreeLibrary() API functions.
