hi all, just wondering if someone can point me in the direction of a freeware/shareware tool that''ll count the number of lines in a C++ project/solution (.Net2002 preferably). I had a tool for VB6 ages ago (lost it now) that took in a solution, determined how many lines of code, how much white-space, how many comments etc... - odd little statistics like that (and similar to the word-count/editing time statistics you can get in MS Word documents ). Was someone useful to know how big a project was getting

But I can''t seem to find one for VisualC++ .Net2002; I''ve tried my usual places - google, download.com etc.. and cant find one. Possibly because one doesn''t exist I suppose

I just looked for one as well. I used to have PLC, which worked fine with VC6 and VC7.0 on Win2k, but had to reinstall after losing a hard drive, and now it refuses to integrate with my VC7.1 on WinXP. Here's a list. I'm giving cccc a try.

I just downloaded it, seems to be working fine (I have .Net2002, XP Pro + SP1).

Whoa, I added WinXP in the middle of the VC version I wrote. fixed.
I''m actually running .Net 2003 (=VC7.1). It ''installs'' without error, but the toolbar isn''t there.
