Hi, where can i find good tutorials on AI theory and pratice(about genetic alghoritm and neural networks) and all what an AI newbie have to learn?

Artificial Intelligence: A Modern Approach, by Russell and Norvig, is an absolutely kickass textbook. A bit short on pseudocode, but the depth of explanation and example make up for it. Definitely recommended.

For a good tutorial on GAs and ANNs I would recommand Mat Buckland''s website, at http://www.ai-junkie.com/ or if you wanna spend a few bucks, his book AI Techniques for Game Programming is a real good intro
