Hey, I need an application to be able to create assembly programs.. I think an assembler and a linker are the two programs required?
Those program must work on win 3.1 and be small enought to fit on a few floppy ( 3-4 max )
I had no luck finding such program, so I''m asking if someone would know where could I find this kind of program?
