If anyone out there is familiar with the Bluetooth wireless technology, I have a question. If I buy the wireless desktop (keyboard/mouse combo), which includes a bluetooth wireless hub built into the mouse recharger, does my laptop need a bluetooth wireless card to use bluetooth through the hub, or is the card only used to communicate to another PC which acts as the central hub?

The site says it has everything you need to use the keyboard.

Thanks.
I was more concerned that I would need the card to interact with other devices through the hub, like a printer for example, but the more I read, the more I think the card is used only to communicate to other computers.

Ahh...I see.

I suspect, although I am not sure, that you could even communicate with other computers with that hub. The whole idea behind bluetooth is to be a communication standard, rather than just a way to interact with mice and stuff. So a hub that could only receive information would be pointless.

Interestingly, Bluetooth is not recognized by the spell checker that comes with Safari.
