You know how in, lets say Final Fantasy X, the movies graphics look really good? What are those called, and how do you make them.

They are called cut scenes or full motion videos (FMVs). They are made with just about any 3d package: Max, Maya, XSI, etc.

The cut scenes? They do them with a 3D modeling program and render them as a movie output. I think some actually go into real game scenes (no movie, just scripted moves)

I may be wrong?

I don''t think Milkshape supports that level of 3D. Blender does.
