I have an 80 GB hard drive in my computer. I currently have just one partition, a NTFS partition, with Windows XP on it. I would like to resize this partion down about 10 gigs smaller in order to play around with some other operating systems.
However, if I put the other partition after my WinXP one, It will be way beyond the 1024 cylinder boundary, and if I put it in front, the Windows XP partition will be way beyond the boundary.
Will this boundary inhibit partitions beyond it from booting?
If so, what do you think is the best solution?
Thanks for helping!
