You can''t pirate advertisements, it''s impossible, because the entire point is to get the message out to as many people as cheaply as possible.

It''s not really an infomercial, it''s a channel: QVC. And no it''s not piracy, because QVC is not a product and you can''t buy it. I don''t view TV show clips (that aren''t on DVD) as piracy since you don''t buy the shows. You watch the commercials, which are in the clips too, but if you''re me then you haven''t ever been interested in a single advertised product since you were 8 and watched toy commercials.

Is the person "calling in" while he falls actually in the studio?

Everytime I''ve heard someone talking on a phone while calling into a television or radio show, there''s been atleast a one or two second pause between what happens at the studio and when it''s actually displayed on the tv. How could she have reacted to him falling so quickly if she wasn''t at the studio?!

It''s a scam I say!
