I dunno'', I guess you''re brain tells you when you''re thirsty that:

If you don''t get me water, I''ll eventually die.
If you DO in fact get me water before I die, I''ll give you some nice endorphins (sp?) to make you fell all good and happy.
If you DELAY getting me water anymore, I''m going to make you feel more and more miserable and pump up your desire and need for water, damn you.

I feel really stupid whenever I realize that I haven''t drank/drunk water in a week or so. Right about then, ice water is really the best.

Mountain Dew helps too. Your kidneys love that stuff.

I love water.

I hate it when this happens though. I just drank a whole bunch of water because I felt craving for it. Now my mouth still feels "thirsty" in this weird way. It just wants more and more water. It feels weird and has a strange taste. What do I do?

I''ve got that feeling too. I ate a whole pizza that was really salty. I''ve drank several glasses of water so far, and my stomach is getting full.

Strange. I just realized that I sometimes get that feeling too.

I get that same feeling... strange.

I usually drink around 100-120 ounces of water a day. I do this because I used to drink about 50-75 ounces of soda a day!! You can imagine what that did to my body! I just quit drinking soda about three weeks ago. It''s a bitch, cravings and withdrawals. Oh well, I''ve been running and drinking so much water to try and compensate for soda. Yes, water is good and amazing
