Mouse delay

Hello everyone, I have a problem with my mouse playing d3d games. There is a delay. When I move the mouse it takes quite a lot time until the game reacts. Who has a solution? Thx for your answers! My system: Sapphire Radeon 9600XT Athlon-64 ASUS K8V-Deluxe USB+PS/2 Mouse (Both the same prob)

Might be in your hardware configuration settings, in the Control Panel. Or it could be something in the Direct X settings in the CP; check the Direct Input tab.

The same effect can also be caused by intense slowdown. Is the game running fast?

Games like far cry or ut, dunno if you should call them "fast".
