Does Cg compile on Devc++? And if it does, were can I find the devc++ libs for Cg (*.a files)?

my understanding was that you compile Cg with the Cg compiler into the shader assembly which you can then import into your DirectX or openGL programs. i don''t think you just compile the Cg internal to your program. but i could be wrong.

no no no..i messed up my first post.
I meant to ask if it was possible to use Cg with devc++ because Cg ships with *.lib files and devc++ need *.a files

You can use the MinGW dlltool to create such a library for you. (feel free to jump in and correct me on this one, it''s been quite awhile since I used mingw)
