That''s not an error.
It''s not a warning either.
Clicking either Yes, No or Cancel will get rid of it.

Do you know how to get rid of it?

The message is telling you that you have modified the project's source files and in order to run the new version of your project you need to rebuild it first (ie. compile and link the modified sources).
This message usually pops up when you're running your project after modifying it.
- Click yes and the sources will be compiled and linked and you have an updated version of your project (this is probably what you want)
- Click no to run the old (previously built) version
- Click cancel to, well, cancel the operation
EDIT: Added some things and modified some others
EDIT2: If you don't want to see the message you have to build the project before attempting to run it.
