Anyone know of any collection of hash algorithms? Ones that are more suited for game dev rather than security like md5 and sha. I just thought it be a fun exercise to write a bunch of hashes to fit within certain expections like size, ranges, and order(like designing it so that hashes in a certain range correspond to certain inputs-like knowing which sector a set of coordinates is in based on the hash). Then I got lazy.

Won''t help you that much on i386 machines, but The Tiger Hash Function shows great promise for MIPS processors.
