How do you deploy programs written in VB .NET 2002? The merge module is excluded by default and you get an error if you include it. I posted this on another related post and a helpful person told me to look for bootstrappers on MSDN. I did this and found a link. The link, however was redirected and the bootstrapper was nowhere to be found. Can anyone help?
Oh, and the installer needs .NET Framework installed first, That is why I need a bootstrapper.
