I was just wondering if anyone has played this game and if so where could I find info on how the maps are drawn....I know they use Z axis for drawing objects in front or behind the character. Where can I find information on this type of tile rendering. Any help would be appreciated

No they use a z-axis, I look at ClawEdit, there map editor and the placement of all the objects are done using a z-axis. I was just wondering uif anyone knew where I can find info on this...I know all about the conventional way of doing it (ie layers)

I''ve played it; I''m quite certain that Claw uses plain DirectDraw 6, and the sprites don''t scale when further to fore- or back-ground as far as I could see. So, no; this''ll be implemented in layers, not in true 3D space.
