G''day cobbas! Multitexturing on openGL is cool! But how can i disable it for some objects i draw, but enable it for others? What i mean by that is; im currently rendering the level with lightmaps and textures. The player models, however, use only one texture. But when the players are rendered, they have the lightmaps as secondary textures, so thier color is wrong. The level code is rendered with glMultiTextureARB(...) calls. The player code is rendered with the standard glTexture2d(..); When drawing the models, do i just have to set the active textures to the models textures? (ie/ texture0 and texture1)? or is there a nice command like: glDisable(GL_MULTITEXTURE); Actually in writing this, i think i have an idea... Cheers anyways! Muncher

Bind an empty texture on the second texture unit. Set the TexEnv of the second unit to be a no-op (i e, carry-through the previous color value). Or, even better, select the second texture unit, and glDisable(GL_TEXTURE_2D).
enum Bool { True, False, FileNotFound };
