hi

i just wanted to know if anyone can recommend me any good book(s), preferably "fantasy ones"

---

"fantasy ones"...why put it in quotes?

George R.R. Martin''s series called A Song of Ice and Fire is fantastic. First book is called a Game of Thrones. Also good are Terry Goodkind''s Sword of Truth series, Robert Jordan''s Wheel of Time series, David Farland''s Runelords series, and of course, Tolkien''s Lord of the Rings.

I recommend the first two as well.

I would look into Umberto Eco''s books, too. They''re not fantasy, but they take place in the middle ages.
