Can Flash banners install adaware, keyloggers and other evil things? Even if you use it in Mozilla? I saw warnings about this on another forum where they automaticly generate an alert for links that go to exe of swf files.

Nope, stil use mozilla (less security holes/its cool)
What you should be worried of is ActiveX
You do not know how easy it is to right software that harms your computer using ActiveX....
Click here to patch the mozilla IDN exploit, or click Here then type in Network.enableidn and set its value to false. Restart the browser for the patches to work.

Yup, I believe they can.

If you use Mozilla or Firefox, you may want to pick up Flashblock.
