Simple DataBase example for C++ .NET

Hi, Can anyone tell me how to build a simple Database application using SQL or ADO, OLE DB or something like that, and that the application will open a database, write to it, read from it and also delete from it, can anyone please help me with this?

Visual C++ .NET on windows XP

I want to use the DataGrid object and fill in it a database table, but I don''t understand how to open a database and get data from it or write data to it.

First you''ll have to set up a local SQL server (unless you already have a remote one) using MSDE 2000, and then head on over to here. It should get you started.
