using DataGrid object

hi, I''m using Visual Basic .NET and reading from database using the OleDb object, I want to put al the data I read from the database in a DataGrid object but I don''t know how to use it and in the MSDN it is not very clear, can anyone help me with this please?

Along these lines:

Dim myDataSet As MyDataSetType = New MyDataSetType()
myOleDbDataAdapter.Fill(myDataSet)
myDataGrid.SetDataBinding(myDataSet, "myTableName")
